Celebrity chef Anne Burrell tragically passed away at the age of 55 on Tuesday (June 17) at her home in Brooklyn, New York, and now, details are emerging about what she did on Monday night (June 16).
Well, sources have shared that the Worst Cooks in America host was actually participating in an improvisational comedy show at the Second City in Brooklyn.

“Everyone said she was so great last night and so happy,” a source told People about how she seemed just hours before her passing.
Another insider was allegedly at the show with her and said she “was in great spirits last night during and after the improv show. Typical fun, outgoing Anne, having a blast.”
Those who were at the show seem “shocked and confused” because she seemed completely normal upon departing the improv show.
Anne posted just a week ago, “Sooooooo… as I have mentioned I have been taking Improv classes @thesecondcitytc and having an ABSOLUTE blast!!! My class and I are coming to the end of this term and we get to do an actual show!!! If anyone is interested in stopping by on Monday June 16 at 9 pm @thesecondcity in Brooklyn please feel free!! We are a small but SUPER fun bunch!!”
No cause of death has been released at this time.
Anne is survived by her husband Stuart Claxton and his son Javier, as well as her mother and sister.
