Jinkx Monsoon is becoming Mary Todd Lincoln!
The 37-year-old RuPaul’s Drag Race two-time winner will take over for Cole Escola in the role on the Tony Award-winning Oh, Mary!, the production confirmed Tuesday (June 18).
“Sensational! ⭐️ Award-winning actress, recording artist, and drag queen Jinkx Monsoon (RuPaul’s Drag Race, Doctor Who, PIRATES! THE PENZANCE MUSICAL) will take over the role of Mary Todd Lincoln in OH, MARY! beginning Monday, August 4, and play a limited eight-week engagement through Saturday, September 27,” the show announced.
