WARNER BROS. ANIMATION AND DC STUDIOS ANNOUNCE
SERIES GREENLIGHT FOR MISTER MIRACLE
Warner Bros. Animation and DC Studios have announced the series greenlight of Mister Miracle, an adult animated series based on DC’s critically acclaimed and Eisner Award–winning 12-issue comic book series from Tom King and Mitch Gerads. Network is TBD.
Based on characters from DC, Mister Miracle represents the second adult animated series from Warner Bros. Animation and DC Studios following the season one success of Creature Commandos. Season two of Creature Commandos is currently in production for HBO Max. Other recent series greenlights from DC Studios and Warner Bros. Animation include Starfire!, My Adventures with Green Lantern, and DC Super Powers.

ANIMATED SERIES BASED ON GERRY ANDERSON’S
IMAGINATIVE AND GROUNDBREAKING WORLD
Hanna Barbera Studios Europe has begun development on Hit Squad, a new adult animated series inspired by the work of visionary British producer Gerry Anderson. The series is developed in close partnership with Anderson Entertainment, led by Gerry’s son Jamie Anderson, who will serve as an executive producer on the project.
From the world of Gerry Anderson, Hit Squad is an espionage action-comedy. Set in 1990s London, the series follows an international team of talented spies hellbent on putting death before dishonour as they battle the murky world of hidden foes and dangerous villains. This full puppet show is next generation Supermarionation for an adult audience.
